About This Course
Jira by Atlassian has become the industry-standard tool for agile project management and issue tracking, used by over 65,000 organizations worldwide including the world's leading software companies, enterprises, and startups. Whether you're a project manager, scrum master, developer, QA engineer, or business analyst, Jira proficiency is an essential professional skill in modern software development.
This comprehensive Jira course covers both Jira Software (for software development teams) and Jira Service Management (for IT service desk operations), as well as Confluence for documentation and team collaboration. You'll learn to configure projects, manage backlogs, run sprints, create powerful dashboards and reports, and automate workflows.
Jira skills are explicitly required in a large percentage of project management, scrum master, QA, and development job descriptions. Organizations expect new hires to be productive in Jira from day one, and teams that use Jira effectively see dramatic improvements in delivery predictability, communication, and project visibility.
Our course is entirely hands-on, using a real Jira instance throughout. You'll configure a complete project from scratch, simulate a real agile team running multiple sprints, and build the reporting and dashboards that give management the visibility they need.
