About This Course
Quantity surveying is the financial backbone of the construction industry. Quantity surveyors (QS) are responsible for managing all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects — from initial estimates through to final accounts. They ensure construction projects are completed within budget while maintaining the required standards and quality.
This Quantity Surveying course provides comprehensive training in all aspects of construction cost management. You'll learn to prepare bills of quantities (BOQ), conduct rate analysis, prepare detailed cost estimates, understand contract documents, and manage project finances from inception to completion.
Demand for qualified quantity surveyors spans residential, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and government construction projects. With construction being one of the world's largest industries, QS professionals are consistently in demand across contractors, consultants, developers, and government agencies.
Our course is structured around real project scenarios, giving you practice with actual construction drawings and specifications. You'll develop skills that are immediately applicable in the field.
Course Syllabus – 10 Modules (35–40 hours)
Our structured curriculum is designed to take you from foundational concepts to advanced, practical application. Each module builds on the previous one, ensuring comprehensive understanding and skill development.
